    L’acide linoléique conjugué (CLA) est un terme général pour désigner une série de mélanges d’isomères d’acide linoléique comportant 18 atomes de carbone et contenant des liaisons doubles conjuguées (-C=C-C-C=C-). L’acide linoléique conjugué a été largement utilisé comme complément alimentaire en Europe et aux États-Unis.
