    Le bêta glucane est un glucide à longue chaîne naturel connu sous le nom de polysaccharide, qui se trouve principalement dans la levure, les champignons, les bactéries et les plantes, y compris les algues.

     

    La poudre de bêta-glucane de levure se compose de β-(1-3) -monoglucane et de β-(1-6) -monoglucane dans le rapport de 85:15.
