  • Qu’est-ce que l’extrait de gingembre?


    Le gingembre est le rhizome frais du gingembre (Zingiber officinale Roscoe), une herbe vivace de la famille du gingembre. L’extrait de racine de gingembre est une substance active extraite de la racine de gingembre, et les principaux composants sont la curcumine, le curcumol et le gingerenol. Le Gingerol est composé d’une variété de composants, qui contiennent tous les groupes fonctionnels 3-méthoxy-4-hydroxyphényle dans leurs structures.

    Antioxidant
