    The rosemary extract powder supplied by Green Spring Technology is a food additive produced using the stems and leaves of rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis L.) as raw materials, through processes such as solvent extraction or supercritical carbon dioxide extraction and refinement. Based on solubility, the active components of oil-soluble rosemary extract primarily consist of rosmarinic acid and rosmarinic acid phenol; while the active components of water-soluble rosemary extract are primarily rosmarinic acid. Since rosemary extract is insensitive to light, heat, and acid, it can exert antioxidant effects in various fields such as oils, meat products, puffed foods, and seasonings, and is therefore widely recognised by the industry as a natural antioxidant.
