    La poudre d’extrait de pomme est une poudre brun jaunâtre extraite et purifiée du fruit du moulin de Malus pumila. De la famille des Rosaceae, qui contient des polyphénols, des triterpènes, de la pectine, des fibres alimentaires et d’autres substances biologiquement actives. Les polyphénols de pomme ont une variété de fonctions de soins de santé, telles que la prévention de l’hypertension, anti-vieillissement, anti-tumeur, anti-caries, perte de poids, favorisent le développement, la mémoire améliorée, le sommeil d’amélioration, etc., de sorte qu’il peut être utilisé dans le développement de la nourriture saine.

    Caries Prevention

    Apple polyphenol has a strong inhibitory effect on the glucosyltransferase (GTase) of caries bacteria, and it is very effective in preventing dental caries. Its ability to inhibit GTase is higher than that of catechin (EGCG) in green tea, and its main anti-caries ingredient is apple condensed tannin (ACT), so it can be used in toothpaste as an additive to prevent caries and to clean teeth.

     

    Antioxidant

    Apple extract polyphenols have strong antioxidant capacity and can scavenge reactive oxygen species (ROS) from the body, protecting it from the harmful effects of ROS. In mice fed apple pomace containing 15% unprocessed apple pomace (containing apple polyphenols), cecum pH, ammonia concentration and β-glucuronidase activity were reduced, and erythrocyte SOD activity and serum antioxidants were increased. Serum glucose levels were significantly reduced after feeding apple polyphenols for 4 weeks. It was thus found that apple polyphenols contain strong antioxidant properties and are effective in gastrointestinal physiology.

     

    Weight Loss

    Apple extract polyphenols have the effect of enhancing muscle strength and reducing visceral fat. Oligomers of proanthocyanidins in polyphenols can inhibit the activity of pancreatic lipase in mice and humans, thus inhibiting the absorption of triglycerides. Apple polyphenols can also inhibit glucose transport, significantly lowering blood glucose concentration and increasing satiety, effectively controlling body weight and contributing to weight loss.

     

    Lowering Cholesterol

    Feeding apple extract polyphenols to rats (0.5-1% intake) significantly reduced liver cholesterol. In addition, there was a significant increase in HDL cholesterol compared to the control group. Intake of apple polyphenols inhibited cholesterol absorption and prevented atherosclerosis. Clinical trials have shown that after ingestion of 600 mg of apple polyphenols, blood cholesterol and triglycerides in the blood of subjects examined after a meal decreased by about 20%. Four-week-old rats were given 0.3% cholesterol oxidation product (COP) and either 0.5% or 2.5% apple polyphenols for three weeks. It was found that apple polyphenols inhibited the rise in lipid peroxide.

     

    Anti-allergy

    Apple extract polyphenols can inhibit 35% of free histamine, which can be used in the prevention of atopic dermatitis. Apple extract glycine inhibits the rise of intracellular calcium ion concentration and favors cell stabilization. It can be used in the treatment of atopic dermatitis.

     

    Oral Care

    The main cause of bad breath is a component called methyl mercaptan. When this component increases in the mouth, bad breath occurs. Apple extract polyphenols can inhibit the increase of methyl mercaptan to less than half the amount. Apple polyphenols also inhibit plaque-forming enzymes produced by caries bacteria.

     

    Cardiovascular Protection

    Apple Extract Polyphenol blocks cholesterol absorption and interferes with the production of lipoprotein carrier molecules associated with cardiovascular risk. It reduces fat deposition in the inner layers of organs and arteries. The size of atherosclerotic lesions can be reduced in animals that have been fed apple polyphenols. Human clinical trials have shown a reduction in blood cholesterol and triglyceride levels at mealtimes following the intake of 600 mg of apple polyphenols.
