    Fruit de moine, vigne herbacée persistante pérenne cultivant principalement dans la Province de Guangxi, en Chine. Ce fruit rare est souvent utilisé comme substitut du sucre. Luo Han Guo est connu pour avoir des effets positifs sur la glycémie ainsi que pour réduire le risque de cancer du pancréas.

     

    La poudre d’extrait de Fruit de moine est Mogroside c Extrait du fruit du fruit de moine, qui apparaît sous forme de poudre blanche ou jaunâtre. Mogroside c Est un édulcorant naturel, avec un goût très sucré, sa douceur est plus de 300 fois celle du saccharose, mais ne contient presque pas de calories.     The Mogroside V of Monk Fruit Extract was administered to normal and cyclophosphamide (CTX)-suppressed mice by gavage, which had no significant effect on the immune function of normal mice but significantly increased the phagocytosis of macrophages and the proliferation of T-cells in CTX-immunosuppressed mice. The results showed that the sweet glucoside of Luo Han Guo had a positive regulatory effect on the cellular immune function of CTX-immunosuppressed mice.
